Leadership

Give us a per-head number and a headcount. We come back with two or three curated boxes at that price, photographed, before you commit to anything.

The headcount gift — one standard of finish, delivered to offices, plants or homes.
Employee gifting →
Slabbed by purchase tier, sent to shop and depot addresses, with your regional manager's name on the card.
Channel gifting →Small volume, named recipients, individually tracked. Nothing about it should look bulk.
Client gifting →We foil, emboss and print in a Mumbai print house we have used for years. No stickers, no laser-printed labels, no logo floating in the middle of a lid.

Full-colour band and swing tag around the box. The fastest and the least expensive.

Your mark blocked in gold or blind-embossed into the board itself.

Letterpress on cotton paper under a wax seal, with the recipient's name set in eight Indian scripts.
Shown with our own mark. Yours takes its place on every surface.
Ask for branded samplesOur partners already supply India's airports, hotel groups and large corporate campuses. We bring that supply chain into one box, under your logo.

Contracted-partner logos and product photography are used with each brand's permission; other brands are named as sourcing options, for identification only. Brand contents vary by hamper and budget. The confirmed list is stated on your quotation.
Brands your people recognise, not unbranded filler.
See the hampers →A delivery date in writing, with a remedy attached to it.
How it works →We collect the addresses. Your HR team sends counts, nothing more.
The process →Built for Indian offices — vegetarian as standard, Jain and eggless on request.
What we can declare →You pick a hamper and tell us the headcount.
We quote in one working day and courier a sample box.
We collect every address and send you a locked manifest.
Boxes are in your office by 30 October, tracked one by one.
Every hamper is fully vegetarian and says so on the outer box, because that is the first thing people look for. We make eggless versions of every sweet and bakery item, and a Jain build with no onion, garlic or root vegetables, packed on its own line so nothing is shared. Names print in Devanagari, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati and Marathi, which matters more in a Chennai or Kolkata office than most vendors admit. We deliver to plants and branch offices on a shift-wise handover, not just to the head office reception. And we plan around the working week before Diwali — Dhanteras falls on Friday 6 November, so boxes are with you by 30 October and your team distributes them when people are actually at their desks.
Tell us your requirement →Diwali is the peak. The same team, boxes and delivery promise run the rest of your calendar.
Setu & Co is the gifting arm of vPersist Corporate Solutions, working with Indian corporates since 2014. We are 25–30 people across Gurugram, Dehradun and Noida, and we already serve around twenty corporate accounts in food tech, security and facilities, AI and technology, and HR and training.
Gifting came out of that work. Our clients kept asking who handled their Diwali boxes, and the honest answer was nobody good. So we built it — with a contracted confectionery partner that supplies airports, the Taj group and Sodexo, and a Mumbai print house for the boxes themselves.
