SETU & CO. sells corporate gifting to businesses. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- What you type into the enquiry form — headcount, budget per head, who the gifting is for, dietary requirement, your name, work email, phone and company. The form opens your own email client and sends this to us as an ordinary email; it is not posted to a server or a third-party form service.
- What you send us afterwards — artwork, purchase orders, and, where you ask us to deliver to homes, the delivery addresses of your employees.
- We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing.
Employee addresses, specifically
This is the data that matters most, so we are explicit about it. Where you use our address-collection link, employees submit their own delivery details. We use them to deliver your order and for nothing else. We do not market to them, and we do not add them to any list.
We keep an address file for 90 days after the final delivery of the order it belongs to, so that a lost or returned parcel can be traced, and then we delete it. If you want it deleted sooner, email us and we will confirm when it is done.
Why we are allowed to hold it
To perform the contract you have placed with us, and to meet our own legal obligations — principally tax and company records, which we are required to retain for the statutory period regardless of any deletion request.
Who else sees it
- Our courier partners — delivery addresses only, and only for your order.
- Our printing and packing partners — your artwork, not your address file.
- Our auditors and our bank, where the law requires it.
Nobody else.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Email hello@setuco.in and we will respond within seven working days.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which will see the request your browser makes for the font file.
