Terms

These terms apply to corporate gifting orders placed with SETU & CO., the trading name of vPersist Corporate Solutions Private Limited. They are written for a business buyer and are deliberately short.
1. Prices
- Every price we publish or quote is per box and exclusive of GST.
- GST applies at the rate applicable to each hamper and is shown on the quote and on the tax invoice.
- A quoted price holds for 14 days, and in no case past the order cut-off of 9 October 2026.
- Minimum order quantities are stated per hamper on the website and repeated on every quote.
2. Placing an order
An order exists when we have your purchase order or written confirmation and the advance payment has reached us. Until then a quote is an offer, not a booking, and stock is not held against it.
3. Payment
- 50% advance to confirm production; the balance before despatch.
- Credit terms may be extended after two completed orders, in writing.
- Title in the goods passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery.
4. Artwork and approval
- You send print-ready artwork; you confirm you have the right to use it, and you keep ownership of it.
- Nothing goes to production until a named person on your side has approved a proof, and, where you have asked for one, a physical sample.
- Changing approved artwork restarts the production clock and may move the delivery date. We will tell you the new date before we act on the change.
5. Delivery, and what happens if we miss it
Our delivery promise, in full:
In hand by the committed date, or a 20% automatic credit note on the affected order value, ex-GST — no claim process. Capped at the lower of 20% or ₹5,00,000 per order. Carve-outs: force majeure, and an address file received after the lock-in date.
The credit note is issued by us against the affected order. You do not have to claim it, and there is no window in which you must complain to qualify.
The address lock-in date is stated on your quote. It exists because a home delivery cannot be booked against an address we do not yet have.
6. Food, allergens and shelf life
- Edible items are supplied in the manufacturer's own retail packaging, carrying their FSSAI details, ingredients and date markings.
- Tell us your dietary requirement at brief stage — jain, no-onion-garlic, eggless, nut-free — and we will build to it. We cannot change it after production has started.
- We are not the manufacturer of the edible contents and do not warrant them beyond the manufacturer's own terms.

8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
